Britannia City is located within 3 minutes walk from Canada Water underground station on the Jubilee Line. It is just 2 stops to London Bridge, 4 stops to Waterloo and 7 stops to Bond Street in the heart of London’s West End. Britannia City is a short walk from Surrey Quays retail centre which offers a wide range of amenities, shops, food outlets, supermarket and cinema. There is a leisure centre/gym and a park, opposite the residence.

The recently refurbished residence comprises a total of 77 (single, double and twin) study bedrooms in 21 student flats over 7 floors. Furniture is contemporary in style. Kitchens are fully equipped with appliances, utensils, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Modern (shared) bathrooms have separate WC, bathtub with overhead shower and washbasin. There is a landscaped outdoor area, a common room with wide screen plasma TV and laundry facilities in each flat. There is also limited off-street parking, bike racks and suitcase storage. Apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens are cleaned and bed linens and towels, which are provided, are changed weekly. The residence has a live-in manager and CCTV. Wireless Internet access is available.

Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum stay 4 weeks. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. Refurbished in summer 2011 to a high standard, Greenview Court was built in the 1920’s and is a neo-Georgian building with a large private landscaped garden, veranda and balcony. The residence comprises a total of 84 bedrooms over 5 floors, including single, double and twin rooms with shared bathrooms and a number of en-suite bedrooms and studios. Beaumont Court is approximately 12 minutes walk from Kings Cross underground station on the Piccadilly, Victoria, Northern, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. Camden Town and Mornington Crescent underground stations are also a short walk away.

The residence opened in September 2006 and consists of flats of 5, 6 and 7 single rooms, all with en-suite shower rooms (toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle) and fully equipped kitchen/sitting area with breakfast bar, stools and sofa. Bedrooms are furnished with big bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror, shelves, lights, curtains, desk, chair and fitted carpet. Corridors and kitchens are cleaned weekly. Bed linen is provided, but students should bring their own bath towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their own bedroom and bathroom and laundering their bed linen. There is an onsite laundry, common room with TV, roof terrace, garden, bike storage and CCTV. Wheelchair access. Internet access is included in the price.

This hall of residence will close to students on 07 July 2012 for the Olympics and will reopen on 16 September 2012. Long stay students will be relocated to Somerset Court Hall of Residence in Euston for the Olympic period.

Lee Abbey is a catered hall of residence offering a friendly and safe place for students to call home whilst studying in London. The residence is located in a quiet and exclusive part of Kensington and has two lounges, a coffee bar, a television room and a games room. There is also a kitchen where residents can prepare occasional meals, a coin operated laundry and a spacious, south-facing garden for quiet relaxation. Rooms are cleaned weekly and bed linen changed every other week. Students should bring their own bath towels. High-speed Broadband Internet access is available in all rooms.

Built in the 1930’s in “art moderne” style, this charming residence is located within 5 minutes walk of Notting Hill Gate Underground station, which is close to the famous Portobello Road and within easy travelling distance of both the West End and the City. It can accommodate up to 140 residents in spacious single bedrooms, which are decorated in traditional style and have en-suite facilities (WC. basin, bath tub and shower). There is a telephone in every room. Breakfast and a three course dinner are served daily in the residents dining room with lunch instead of dinner on Sunday. Nevern House is a 5 storey Georgian house situated in a residential street in Earls Court and provides year round living accommodation for 12 international students on the upper floors. On the ground floor you will find the reception and administrative areas and on the lower ground floor are the communal areas with a large lounge giving space to relax, watch TV, read or complete some course work as you wish.

At Nevern House we aim to offer our residents a relaxed and comfortable environment that will allow the opportunity to explore and sample all London has to offer. All rooms are bright and airy and in each you will find a single bed, wardrobe, draws etc. clean bed linen and towels are provided each week the room is centrally heated and cleaned each week. The bathroom is shared with one other resident only and the kitchen is shared between three residents. On each floor there is a kitchen which is normally available at all times.In the lounge you will find a big table - residents often sit round this table chatting together, reading or just watching TV.
