Student Houses (Britannia)
Minimum stay: 1 week
The houses are located near underground stations and offer twin and single rooms. Recently decorated in contemporary style with laminated wood floors, the houses each have a living room with TV and often a garden. The modern bathrooms are tiled and kitchens are fully equipped with washing machine and all major appliances (except dishwasher), cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are provided. Rooms are cleaned before and after occupancy only and common areas of the houses are cleaned every 2 weeks. Bed linen is provided but students should bring their own towels. Students are responsible for cleaning their own rooms

Stays must begin and end on Saturdays or Sundays. Minimum stay 4 weeks. Cancellations received
less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. A
refundable deposit equivalent to 4 weeks rent will apply. No refund for curtailment of stay. Bookings
departing in November and December will not be accepted. Minimum age 18. Rates are valid from 01 January 2012 – 31 December 2012 but
may be subject to change.

Students Houses (Appleby, Eastwood, Gassiot House) (2011)

Our student houses are available all year round. We currently have 3 houses in Tooting Broadway (Gassiot House), Seven Sisters (Appleby House) and Streatham (Eastwood House). All are very convenient for public transport and travel to the school.

All student house shares are on self-catering basis only. Prices include all utility Bills, a fully equipped kitchen, cooking utensils, fridge and freezer, WIFI Internet and bed linen.

Some properties will charge an additional £30.00 for a Welcome Package which includes bed linen, towel, toothpaste, toilet roll and adaptor.
