A residence is self-catering accommodation which consists of rooms with shared kitchens and lounge areas. Most of our residences offer en-suite rooms (includes a private bathroom) with shared kitchen areas. You can also book single and double studios. A studio is a room with a bed, kitchenette and shower room. 

Please note, halls of residence are only available for students of 18 years or over. 

We book residences through the external accommodation agencies, Britannia Student Services and London Nest. 

A fee of £50 per person applies to all accommodation bookings. There is no further booking fee for accommodation booked through external accommodation providers.

Chapter Portobello is a Notting Hill accommodation, located a short walk from Westbourne Park Station. With a private gym, study area, screening room, courtyard and a canal running alongside the building, this is a tranquil location for West London students.

Axo Camden

AXO Camden is located within the Kentish Town area, providing easy access to Central London.
It is equipped with modern studios and one bedroom apartments at a great London location.

Axo Islington

£275 per week

The residence provides spacious en-suite rooms with plenty of storage space and study areas. Close to Holloway Road and Archway Underground stations, residents can get to and from university with ease.

The Collective Old Oak

£275 per week

The Collective Old Oak is a bright and modern residence and we offer a choice of accommodation that incorporates either a shared or private kitchenette. Rooms are fully furnished with private bathroom, small double beds, TV screen, wardrobe with extra storage space and a desk with chair that is ideal for working from. 

Fulham Palace Studios

£290 – £365 per week

High quality studio rooms all with a private bathroom & kitchenette. You also have large comfortable beds, a mini-combi oven and a desk to study on while looking out the amazing view of London.

Rathbone Apartments

£275 – £440 per week

Built in the 1800’s and completely renovated and redecorated in 2006, the apartments are in the heart of Central London’s famous West End. Within walking distance of many language schools. theatres, restaurants, bars, clubs and department stores, the apartments offer a comfortable lifestyle in a vibrant and convenient location.
