Preference will be given to bookings of 3 months and over. 1 month’s refundable deposit will apply. Cancellations received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge of 4 weeks plus booking fee. No refund for curtailment of stay. Bookings departing in December will not be accepted.
